Holy moly, this weekend was jam-packed! Friday we went to Orpheus, a local brewery in Atlanta that has amazing sour beers! They allow dogs, so we got to bring Oni and he had the time of his life getting so much attention from the other people there. He’s such a ham bone.

Then, Saturday morning I had the wonderful opportunity to have coffee and breakfast with my agent, Danielle! She was in town for the NCTE Conference, and I’m so happy to finally be in a big city where people come for other events so we can meet up! It was amazing to see Danielle and chat about all the things coming up in the future. :)

THEN! All day Saturday and Sunday I was slinging coloring books at the ICE Holiday Spectacular downtown! It was an awesome show, and I was lucky to meet some other cool vendors while I was there, sell a bunch of stuff, and got people to sign up for my newsletter! I got lots of great feedback, and it’s so nice to just chat with people in person.

And then… Saturday night we had a surprise birthday party for a friend at an Indian restaurant, and Sunday night we had Friendsgiving with amazing food! My favorites were the macaroni and cheese, brussel sprouts, cinnamon ice cream (made by Declan!) and the softest chocolate chip cookies! Mmmm… I love the holidays. :)
