I created these characters for a recent competition, and I thought they were worth continuing to explore, so I created these little pieces in addition to my competition entry to experiment with patterns, textures, color, and characters. I also revisited my (defunct) competition piece and refined some things that I think could have been a bit better. I quite like how they turned out! You can see all the pieces over on my portfolio page.

I’ve also got three commissioned pieces I’m currently working on that I’m really excited about! I wish I could post a lot more of the process work from them, but I can’t post the full images until after they’ve been turned in/published. In the meantime, here’s a couple super small detail shots from the early stages! I can’t wait to post the rest!
